Every charter booked through FairSeas has a fixed 20% commission. Xplor earns either 10% or 20% of the charter fee depending on the booking structure.

50% of Xplor's commission goes directly to the crew on that charter. Your share is determined by your CRI+ score relative to other crew members.

Higher CRI+ scores = Larger share of the crew pool
