I have read and agree to the FairSeas Agreement (FSA), which governs crew revenue participation, eligibility, distribution, crew obligations, and the owner consent warranty. I understand that revenue participation payments are platform-based incentives from xplor's own retained platform revenue and do not constitute employment compensation, brokerage, or commission splitting.

I represent and warrant that my participation in FairSeas does not breach my employment contract, fiduciary duties, or any other obligation owed to the yacht owner or management company. I understand that xplor strongly recommends disclosing my participation to my employer (FSA Section 5.5).
